Hi Hector,

 

First, convert 540km to m (which it is 540,000 m).  And then divide this new number to velocity to find time (this will cancel out the m).

 

540000 / 24 = 22500 seconds.

 

If you want to convert to hrs, divide 3600 (1 hr = 3600 sec).  Which it gives 6.25 hrs (22500 / 3600).  If you want include minutes, it will be 6hrs and 15 min.

 

(0.25 hr is 15 min) (1/4 of hr  = 1/4 * 60  = 15 min)
