Hi CeeCee,
We can change Fahrenheit into Celsius by using the quation:
C = (F - 32)*(5/9)
so if F = 86, we get:
C = (86 - 32)*(5/9)
C = 54*(5/9)
C = 30 degrees
Now let's convert F to Kelvin.
The equation we'll use this time is:
K = (F + 459.67)*(5/9)
K = (86 + 459.67)*(5/9)
K = 545.67*(5/9)
K = 303.15 degrees
