Aren't u supposed to just add them cuz a negative and a negative make a positive or what idk so confused ??

When you add two negatives, you get a negative sum.

 

 

If you have 4 negatives and I give you 2 more negatives, how many negatives do you have now?

 

You have 6 negatives.

 

-4 + (-2) = -6
