How about trying this,
.30x + .38(600) = .35(x+600)
This represents the amount of fat. 30% of an unknown amount plus 38% of 600 is the total amount of fat. That needs to be the same as 35% of the total amount on chocolate, which is x+600. This results in 360 =x.

228 + 0.3x = 210 + .35x
18 = 0.05x
