Now that this question is updated my response was no longer relevant. The question originally didn't have choices. Just a single point which you cannot get a single line from.

 

 

If you plug in x= -2 and y=0, you can see what works. This is the best way to see if a line goes through a point.

0=-2+3

0=1 which is false so A cannot work

0=-2(-2)

0=4 which is false so B cannot work

 

 

C:

0= (-1/2)(-2)-1
