We can't solve this as written. We need something on the other side of the equal sign; however,
This is a quadratic equation which would graph to a patabola opening upwards since the square term has a positive coefficient. Normally what we are looking for is to solve for x when the equation is set equal to zero.
x2-9x+20=0
This can be factored ... the factors of 20 that add to -9 are -5 and -4 so factor this to:
(x-5)(x-4) = 0
then x=5 or x=4
