A math tutor that is both knowledgeable and patient in secondary math.
It appears to me this is a simple percentage problem. One would need to know the number of free throws made and the number of attempts. Simply divide the number made by the number attempted to produce a decimal. Then you can change that decimal to a percentage. For example, 16 made while 25 were attempted would yield 0.64 as a decimal. This is also 64% stated as a percentage.
