Judging by the name, this oil will have cutting capabilities. In the manufacturing process, we can use techniques to cut through material other than using traditional steel tools such as endmills and saws. In order for this oil to cut, the hardness properties of the oil must be greater than the material it is cutting through. We can increase the hardness through a method known as quenching. In this method, we expose the oil to low temperatures. As the temperature decrease, the hardness increase.
As an alternative we can also mix other materials that has a greater hardness into the oil. If you have see a waterjet, it uses high pressured water with sand grains mixed with the water. The sand grains combined with that high pressure is what gives that water the ability to cut.
I hope this helps you out!
