Molarity is the number of moles of solute (in this case, ammonium sulfate) per liter of solution. It applies to the solution as a whole, not specifically to the solute alone.
If you know the moles of solute and the volume of the solution, you just divide the former by the latter to get the molarity.
So that's .81 / .67 = 1.21 M (approximately)
