Any reason for not writing the factors as     (3)(5z+3)(2z+1)   ?
This is how we find prime factors and how we determine roots.

Actually, when a problem asks you to factor completely, you'll want to give David's answer:
 
3(5z+3)(2z+1)
 
That's the only version of the equation where everything that can be factored has been factored.
