How could I graph these equations?

I'm stuck and unaware how to graph these absolute values.
              
                                                                                         | = Absolute values
Graph the following          ( You can just give coordinates)
 
 
y= | -2(x-1)2+5 |
 
and...
 
y = | 2(x-3)(x+1) |

You can graph those functions without the absolute value and any part of the graph that is below the x axis, you would flip it over the x axis.
