I want to know who invented glow in the dark nail polish.Was it someone like a kid or company

She probably didn't actually invent it, but she's certainly attempting to file a patent for having done so.

 

Google search results suggest that glow-in-the-dark nail polish probably appeared around the year 2000 and had nothing to do with that patent.
