How can I divide fractions in a multi-step equation?

Question

Fractions are very difficult for me, It's easier for me to add,subtract, or multiply them in a multi-step equation, but I haven't a clue on how to divide them, an example and proper explanation would be greatly appreciated, Thank you.

To divide by a fraction, you can multiply by its inverse (reciprocal), e.g.,

 

3/4 ÷ 1/2 = 3/4 · 2/1
