c=0.765x+0.06(0.756x)

I need help on my math problem i be stuck all day.

Probably the exercise of this problem is to see whether you can multiply decimal values and then add them and keep the decimal point straight  (note: I used Excel because I'm a retired computer professional).
 
Once you multiply to get the coefficients, you may factor out the x and then add them to get one coefficient (0.81036).  That makes the equation simpler (but it still calculated the same value for c).
