underlined are the middle entries for each row: 83,92,93,94,95,98,100 ...

the "middle of the middle" is 94 (about "average") ...

There are TEN (10) data at least 10 points lower than the middle (<85) ...

==> skewed WAY RIGHT

With this data, you could make a histogram. Check out http://www.mathsisfun.com/data/histograms.html for examples and instructions. You can do this by hand, or you could use a program such as MS Excel.

It's easier to make a graph if you write out a frequency distribution first. Put each number in a column on the left (from least to greatest) and the number of times (frequency) it occurs on the right.
