Assuming these gases make up equal percentages of the mixture, you can actually just add the partial pressures together to get the total pressure. So:
P = PHe + PAr + PXe
2.5 = 0.35 + 0.2 + PXe
Solve the equation for the partial pressure of Xenon, PXe.
