Need help with finding the equation of a circle ???

Need help with finding the equation of a circle with the formula (x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=r^2
on the circle theres a plotted dot on coordinate (0,3)
how do I fill that in ???

it says "Write the equation of the circle below" there' a circle on a coordinate grid and a plotted point on (0,3)

Where is the center of the circle on the grid?
 
I think it works like this:  If we know any two points, we can find the equation...I think.
 
Using the general formula, put some of your own circles on the graph paper, so you'll get comfortable with the procedure.
