In such a scenario, contacting the AWS support team is the best solution. Why? Because you never know what kind of suspicious activity they might have detected. It could be that someone else accessed your account, or something even worse.
Additionally, creating a root user and logging in using the appropriate link can also be a solution.
I can definitely help you with this. Regarding the cost, I’ll only charge $30, and I’ll make sure to guide you through the process step by step. I am a computer science engineer with solid experience in AWS. I can even demonstrate the AWS pipelines I’ve worked on, utilizing services such as Lambda, Glue Jobs, EC2, and S3.
Let me know. I’m flexible with timings and happy to assist!
Best regards,

Answer to your 2nd question When you create a new IAM user in AWS, you receive a sign-in link. When you click on that link, the Account ID (associated with the account where the IAM user was created) is automatically pre-filled. You only need to enter your username and password to log in.12/15/24
