3/4 pounds chicken = 6/8 pounds chicken = 2x(3/8) pounds chicken.
So he can make 2 batches of egg rolls.
Chicken/Egg Rolls = 3/8 / 1 = 3/4 / x
Cross multiply:
(3/8)x = 3//4
x = 3/4 / 3/8
When dividing by a fraction, flip the fraction in the denominator, mulitiply
x = 3/4 * 8/3 = 8/4 = 2 batches.
