Screen sharing is blurry

Hello all,

My name is Dior and I am a tutor here on Wyzant. I have had a number a students tell me that my screen was blurry when I tried to screen share. I'm not really sure what the cause is, my internet connection is strong so I was thinking that maybe it's a browser or resolution issue? For reference, I use Safari on a MacBook Air 2020. The default display resolution is 1440x900.

First, try cleaning off your computer screen.

Next, check your network connection, ensure you have a sturdy wifi connection that supports video bandwidth.

This could be caused by a storage issue on your desktop or laptop. To fix, empty your trash, close all other programs or apps that you have open on your computer.

Another helpful action to take is to close out of multiple tabs open on your browser.
