My name is Emma Cage and I'm a 3rd grade teacher. I know from my work with students of a wide range of math abilities that some children can feel overwhelmed at the speed of learning new math skills. If your child feels this way, I can help them build confidence by revisiting any previous skills needed to understand the new skills that are built upon them, walking them through examples step by step, and exposing them to more practice until they reach independence in it.
