How many different 3 digit numbers can be made from the digits 1 to 7 if repetition is not allowed and the number must be an even number less than 200

i am unsure about the steps taken to get the answer

Brian, you missed the requirements EVEN numbers, and "less than 200"

Yep, misread the question.  Took that as meaning the answer needed to be an even number less than 200.  My mistake.
