asked 10/17/23Question about accessing Wyzant for my granddaughter
I have a Wyzant account but I am not taking any lessons but I have my granddaughter taking lessons with one of your guitar instructors. She can join the lesson when I send her the email link to click on . I kept the account in my name because the payments for her lesson are billed to my account.
Does this present a problem for you or her instructor? Could she have her own account but the payments would come from my c/c account that I could provide her with .
Please advise I want to make it as easy as possible as I can for her to sign on and to access her video lessons. How long should it take for video lesson recordings to uploaded for her to access?
Please advise. If she needs her own account let me know.

Hi Barry,
You may allow your granddaughter to use the account in your name or start a new account in her name, This will not cause any problems. Whichever you choose to do for the account, you may use your credit card for either or both accounts without issue.
As for how soon recorded video lessons are made available, According to the Wyzant Help Center, once a lesson concludes, a video recording of the lesson will be available for streaming soon after the end of the lesson. It usually takes around 24 hours for the video to process. You can view your recorded lessons from the Wyzant student app or the Wyzant website when logged in, under My Account -> Recordings
I hope all of this is helpful!
