Difficulty getting started

Hello,

I have sent messages to several tutors, but when I check my dashboard, it says I haven't contacted any yet. Am I doing something wrong?

Lara, I find the Wyzant site/app to be difficult to use without a lot of functionality. When I was trying to send messages for the first time, I hit send and nothing happened because I had to specify above that it was in person or online before the message would send. I thought I had sent messages, but I hadn't because the red message above for a problem can't be seen when you are hitting send. You have to scroll up to see the problem.
