Try putting the given equation into standard form:
y + 5 = -13(x + 5)
y + 5 = -13x - 65
y + 13x = -70
Now you can set x = 0 and solve for y; then set y = 0 and solve for x
That gives you the two points you'll need to draw the linear graph.
