Decimal and Octal are positional number systems. So, a number has a "weight" associated with it because of its position. For example, the "3" in 342 has a value different from the "3" in 423.
The "weights" are powers of the number base (base 10 or base 8) being used. So, 42310 is different from 4238.
In decimal, this is four hundred twenty three (base 10)::
But in Octal, this is:
4238 (?? Do we have words to decribe this ??)
The first row of this table has the weights. Extend it for five-digit numbers.
