How can I plot y=-3/2x+3 on a graph ? What are the coordinates

So is the second point (5,-3)?

Since our first point is (0,3), we move 2 units to the right from the point.  The x value at the second point is 2.  We then move 3 units downward.  The y value at the second point is 0.  So your second point is (2,0).
