For this problem, you'll need to divide twice. That's because the final answer they're looking for isn't "how many 3-ball sleeves do you need to fit 22,707 balls evenly", it's "how many sleeves go into each box so there's an even amount with no remainder". So first, you need to find how many sleeves there are; to do so, you'll need to divide 22,707 by 3. This results in a total number of sleeves.
Now, you're able to answer the question of how many sleeves fit into each box. You'll need to figure out which one of the four options can be divided evenly into the total number of sleeves. (Hint: You can easily dismiss two of the options, as 5 and 10 only have specific numbers they can be divided into evenly - namely, any number that ends in 0 or any number that ends in 5 for 5)
Good luck!
