Assuming all exams are weighted equally, then you want the average of all of your exams to equal 0.91. Thus, we have
(0.80 + 5x)/6 = 0.91, where x is the average score on the remaining five exams. We now simply solve for x.
0.80 + 5x = 5.46
5x = 4.66
x = 0.932
So you need an average of 93.2% on your remaining exams to get a 91% overall.
