I cannot figure out FLOWGORITHM charts PLEASE HELP

Question

I am trying to build a flowgorithm chart for the following and I keep getting the same answer for the If statement, therefore if I answer the question yes or no it gives me the same answer. I am not grasping this!

IF clothes are dirty THEN

Put into the laundry basket

ELSE

Fold and put away clothes

ENDIF
