What are my tenant lease rights?

So a few questions in this post.

Is a written 30-day notice to move the same as a 30-day notice to vacate due to a lease violation?

Is a 30-day notice to vacate the same as a Non-Lease Renewal (which is usually given 60 days before a lease is set to expire)?

If a landlord gives falsifying information to another landlord by saying that a tenant had been given a 30-day notice to vacate when the tenant had never ever been given a 30-day notice to vacate, can the tenant sue the landlord or take the landlord to court for giving out false information and jeopardizing a tenant of being able to move?
