Problem regarding full name.

Let's say my father's name is X Y Z, here Z is the surname. In all my educational documents, father's name is X Y Z. In my passport, it is Z X Y. My father's name in all his legal documents is Z X Y. Will there be a problem in future? If there will be any, what should I do to solve the problem?
