A = LW = 126 = (4+2W)W = 4W + 2W^2

2W^2 + 4W -126 = 0

W^2 + 2W - 63 = 0

(W +9)(W -7) = 0

W = 7 wide

L = 2(7)+4 = 18 long

7x18 = 126
