How to know specifications for a thermistor tagged as 050?

I have a thermistor tagged 050, didn't find datasheet for it except as NTC. How can i know the exact specifications for it in order to replace it?

The 050 is probably a dimensional or package code from the manufacturer. If you don't have any traceability for the part you will have to measure it. Take an ambient (~25C, R25) and a high (100C, boiling water) measurement of the resistance. The most comon thermistor characterization is R = (R25)exp(B(1/T-1/298)).

Use the high temperature to calculate B. Those two parameters are enough to do a parametric search on DigiKey or Mouser.
