Angle A of a triangle is 1/2 the size of angle C. Angle B is 3/4 the size of angle C. If angle C measure 80 degrees, what are the measures of angle A and angle B?

Angle A measures 40 degrees since 40 is 1/2 of 80 (i.e. 80/2 = 40).

Angle B measures 60 degrees since 60 is 3/4 of 80. (80/4 = 20. 20 x 3 = 60).

To figure this out, first, divide 80 by 2 to get the measure of angle A. To get the measure of angle B, multiply 80x3/4.
