t = -48/-32 + (1/32)sqr(48^2 +4(16(3) = 3.06 seconds to hit the ground
h' =-32t + 48 =0
t =1.5 seconds to reach max height of -16(1.5)^2+48(1.5)+3 =39 feet
it takes 3 seconds to go up and come down to the original height of 3 feet, then about 0.06 second more to reach the ground
