if it's a standard 52 card deck with no jokers, the probability of red or black is 100%
all the cards are either red or black, hearts, diamonds, spades or clubs.
hearts & diamonds are red. spades & clubs are black.
if the deck has 2 jokers and the jokers can be any card, then the probability is still 100%
especially if the 2 jokers are black
but if you don't count the 2 jokers as black or red, then the probability of black or red = 52/54 = 26/27 = slightly less than 96.3%
