Can I learn the piano in 2 years?

I've decided I want to start

learning piano. I want to

eventually be able to play my

own songs. I am 34 and I think I

still have time for it all. But I'm

not sure. What do you think? Do

I still have time to make it all

happen? Do you think I can

become proficient in 2 years? |

want to learn fast and I have

this sense that I only have a

little bit of time left to make my

dreams come true. I want the

piano skills NOW, not 6 years

from now.

When I started playing the piano I was doing it only for fun and to show people that I was more talented than others. Over time I started to enjoy playing music as it was a very relaxing, and unwinding activity. When the pandemic started, I decided to start taking lessons and spend a lot more of my free time learning to more efficiently play the piano. In only a year or so the amount of skill and information I gained quadrupled, and I was able to play songs that I considered were "too hard" or "too fast" for me to even think about learning. The short answer is yes, with enough time, discipline, and practice you are able to learn a lot in a short amount of time

I would say yes you can learn to play iano in two years. A great deal depends on your commitment to the studies, meaning practicing.I will provide as much help as you need to accomplish what you desire. Over the years I have had many adult students who have been successful in learning. IO hope to add you to this list.
