to find the unit rate, you would divide 90 by 3/4. Dividing by a fraction means you would multiply by the upside-down version of the original fraction: 90 ÷ (3/4) = 90 * (4/3) = 360/3 = 120
So the unit rate for calories per cup is 120 calories per cup. That means that there are 120 calories in a cup.
If there's 120 calories in one cup, to find calories in 4 cups, you would simply multiply 120 by 4 to get the answer.
