Good morning,
As you stated when we signed up, if you do not like a tutor you will get the money back. We are booking with a new tutor that we will meet this evening. To see if he would work better with my daughter. Swati is nice but she did not deliver what we expected. She is very quiet and not of much help. So I am claiming my money back for that session.
