You're asked to find h(9) ÷ g(9)

It's really only 3 easy steps:

1. find h(9): plug 9 in H(t): h(9) = 3(9) - 2 = 27 - 2 = 25 so h(9) = 25
2. find g(9) by plugging 9 into g(t): g(9) = -3(9) + 2 = -27 + 2 = -25 so g(9) = -25
3. Divide h(9) by g(9): I will leave that step up to you, but it is extremely easy.
