Find side of a right triangle knowing the area

Each side of a right triangular garden has a different length. The shorter leg is 3/4 of the longer leg. The area of the garden is 24 square feet. Find the length of each side of the garden

(3/4)L(L)/2 = 24

3L^2 = 24(8)

L^2 = 64

L = 8 feet long

S= 3/4(8) - 6 feet for the shorter leg

Area = bh/2 = (6)(8)/2 = 48/2 = 24 square feet

the 3rd side of the triangle = hypotenuse = sqr(36+64) = 10 feet
