I'm assuming you need to figure out V in terms of r?
If so, you'll set it up in such a way:
dV = 32 dr
Taking the integral on both sides:
V = 32r + C
To figure out C, you need to plug in the values of V and r:
64 = 32(2) + C
You will then see that C is zero.
Now to find V when r = 2.1, you plug in the value of r into the equation for V.
