the last two,
plug, replace x with 0, and y with 6 into each equation.
only y=x+6 becomes 6=0+6 = 6
y=2x+6 becomes 6 = 2(0)+6 = 0+6 = 6
while 6x = 6(0) = 0 not 6
and 2x^2 = 2(0)^2 = 2(0) = 0, not 6

asked 09/28/21which of these equations are linear functions that go through the point (0,6)? Explain your reasoning.
y= 6x
y=x^2=6
y =x+6
y=2x+6
I saw another answer this bit there was not an explanation pleas explain to me this question
