f ( x ) = 1 /x − 5 is not a clear expression. (1 /x )− 5 or 1/(x-5) ? So I leave the step 2 for yourself
Step 1: plut in f ( g ( x ) ) =1 /[(6/x) + 5]− 5
Step 2: simplification
step 1: g ( f ( x ) )=(6/(1 /x − 5)) + 5
step 2: simplification
