Are there any values of "x" that cannot be chosen?
How about zero? -16(0)/15 + 8/15? Sure, that works, f(0) = 8/15. How about -5? Sure, -16/5 + 8/15 is a real number so, no problem. In fact, I can't think of any number that wouldn't be allowed.
So the domain is (-∞, ∞) aka, any real number.
