Please help me with my algebra question!

Question

There are three consecutive even integers where five times the smallest equals three times the largest. Find the three numbers. 

Rocio gets $5 each week for an allowance, and can earn $2 for each extra chore she completes. She wants to earn $18 to buy a shirt. How many extra chores does she need to do this week to earn enough money?

5S = 3L

S=x-2

M=x

L=x+2

5(x-2) = 3(x+2)

5x-10 =3x +6

2x =16

x =8 = the Middle integer

the 3 consecutive integers are 6, 8, and 10

5(6)= 30 = 3(10)
