I assume you meant "the trucks weigh a total of 32 tons". Let x be the weight of the first truck in tons. Each following truck weighs 2 tons more::
Truck 1 weighs x
Truck 2 weighs x + 2
Truck 3 weighs x + 2 + 2 = x + 4
Truck 4 weighs x + 4 + 2 = x + 6
Total weight (=32 tons) is:
Total Weight = x + x+2 + x+4 + x+6
32 = 4x + 12
Solve for x, the weight of the first truck. Use the weight formulas from the truck table above to find the other truck weights (x+2, x+4, x+6). The units are tons.
