14c^2 -c - 4 = area= A = WL

W= 2c +1

L= A/W = (14c^2-c-4)/(2c+1) = 7c-4

L=7c-4

W= 2c+1

P= 2(L+W) = 2(7c-4 +2c+1) = 2(9c-3) = 18c -6

perimeter = 18c-6
