12.3^8 = 3^8(4.1)^8, but 12 is the problem number? not part of the problem?
so 3^8/3^6 = 3^(8-6) = 3^2 = 9
3^8/3^6 = 3^2 = 9
12.3^8/3^6 = 9(4.1)^8 = about 7.2 x 10^5
16 5s^-7/10s^-9 = s^(-7+9)/2 =s^2/2
19 5(m/n)^4
24 4x^6
25 (3.6/9)10^4 = 0.6(10)^4 = 6(10^3) = 6000
46 (2n)^-3 = 1/8n^3
47 (b^4/5/b^7)^-5 = (b^-31/5)^-5 = b^31
